Aqua aerobics
Aqua aerobics is directed at strengthening and improving your body as a whole as well as at repairing disordered functions of definite systems and organs.
It is an effective means for everyone who is willing to restore health, to lose weight, to keep yourself in tonus without big training loads.
Natural bromine chloride-sodium high mineralization water:
- regulates the influence on inhibition and activation processes in cerebral cortex
- has a sedative effect
- reduces systolic and diastolic arterial blood pressure

You can get a certificate in our medical center in a physician’s reception hours:

The cost of physician’s reception:

| Children under 6 (years) | 50 ₴ (repeated reception 35 ₴) |
If the medical certificate is issued in another place it is to be certified by a round seal of the doctor who has written down the certificate.
For pre-school children and junior school children (under 10 years old) it is necessary to have enterobiosis test certificate.
